MATERIALS: basswood, acrylic paint, and pigment ink

WOOD DIMENSIONS: Most signs are 3 inches high, 3/16 of an inch thick, and up to 24 inches long.  I cut each sign down based on the number of characters, so lengths will vary.  Extra large signs will be 4 inches high.

PRODUCTION TIME: Most orders are created within 1-2 weeks. Please allow extra time for larger orders.  If you need your item sooner, please email me and hopefully I can get it done faster.

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 2-5 business days once shipped (allow extra time for orders shipped to the West Coast).  A tracking number will be provided. If you need your order sooner, please contact me to see if expedited shipping is a possibility.

PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER: Since these signs are custom, a refund or exchange can only be granted in the event that an order was lost during shipping and didn’t arrive, was damaged, or was incorrect.  Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and I will look to rectify the situation. Customer satisfaction is my top priority.

 Please be aware that each sign is created with love by hand and NOT by a machine.

Wood also has its own imperfections.

No two signs are identical. Each sign is unique and may be perfectly imperfect.
